We offer a 7-day return policy for items that fall under the following conditions:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and provide the following:

Important: Items sent back without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

All accessories and gifts that came with the product must be included

Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping
